  • Abstract. Distributed Social Constraints Optimization Problems (DSCOPs) are DCOPs in which the global objective function for optimization incorporates a social welfare function (SWF). DSCOPs have individual, non-binary and asymmetric constraints and thus form a unique DCOP class.
