All invasive angiograms in which isolated LM disease was questioned, were reviewed by an experienced operator, in particular looking for the presence of calcification and whether the lesion was ostial or not. Of 10,742 patients undergoing ICA during the study period, thirtysix (0.3%) also underwent CCTA shortly after ICA.
