  • Summary We describe a case report of a three and a half year old child who was referred to the otolaryngology clinic with two papillomatous projections in her left nostril. The girl was diagnosed as having Hyper IgE syndrome which is a rare immunodeficiency disorder characterized by elevated levels of IgE in blood serum and multiple skeletal, pulmonary and cutaneous manifestations. The tumors in her nose were excised and the final diagnosis was Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma. To our knowledge this is the first report of a toddler with Hyper IgE syndrome and this type of Lymphoma.
