abstract

  • Abstract 1. Conducted a quantitative 2-yr followup of 6 clients (aged 24–43 yrs) treated with a modified version of J. Mann's (1973) short-term dynamic psychotherapy in Israel. The feasibility of conducting qualitative research in time limited therapy in a community mental health care setting was demonstrated. Findings showed favorable and durable clinical results. Case examples illustrate the diversity of presenting problems (eg, posttraumatic stress disorder [PTSD]).(PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2016 APA, all rights reserved)
