  • Abstract. The influence of hydrogen passivation of structural defects on the parameters of solar cells from shaped polysilicon was investigated. Various changes of the parameters of the different solar cells were found under identical conditions of hydrogĂ©nation. A model has been suggested explaining the experimental results.
