  • The theory of the growth of the nuclear magnetization in the presence of paramagnetic impurities and the absence of spin diffusion [E.M. Kunoff et al., Solid State Nucl. Magn. Res. 3 (1994) 23; G.B. Furman et al., Solid State Nucl. Magn. Res. 4 (1995) 255; G.B. Furman et al., Phys. Rev. B 52 (1995) 10182] is extended to the nuclear spin-lattice relaxation in type-II superconductors in the mixed state. The results obtained can be used to determine the magnetic-field distribution and/or the dimensionality of the vortex lattice in conventional and high-temperature superconductors.
